The predicted salary is between 24729 - 25804 £ per year.
Grade UE03: £24,729 - £25,804 per annum (pro-rata if part-time) plus 15% Premium Band CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events.
Full & Part-time positions available: 21 to 35 hours per week, working on a 5 over 7 basis, including weekends and varied shift patterns.
Fixed-term: ranging from 25th May 2026 to 13th September 2026. Vacancies available: 17.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Summer Commercial Assistant to help our teams deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service. The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however, flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite.
Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email. This post is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional development, with opportunities to cultivate customer service skills, take on additional responsibilities and enhance our reputation under our commercial brand.
