Job Description:
CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events
Part-time: 28 hours per week (4-days-on 4-days-off weekly schedule)
Fixed-term: ranging from 25th May 2026 to 13th September 2026
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Summer Night Receptionist to help our teams deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service. The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however, flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high-levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email.
