- Out of Hours Response Officer – Part Time (23.5 hours per week, 4 on/4 off nights)
Salary: £24,729 to £25,804 per annum plus a 30% Premium Band for flexible working.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the overnight response team, responding to incidents, supporting residents, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Handle welfare concerns, fire alarm activations, security issues, and urgent maintenance matters.
- Conduct patrols, respond to calls, provide first aid, and collaborate with internal teams and external services to resolve situations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Calm under pressure, confident in dealing with people, and able to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
- Valid UK driver’s licence.
