Be part of something bigger. The Opportunity Kitchen Porter at our largest catering unit, the John McIntyre Conference Centre located within Pollock Halls. The 500‑seater buffet style restaurant provides approximately 28,000 meals per week during the student period and breakfast, lunch and dinner year‑round for commercial guests. You will support the operational service delivery to our students and commercial guests throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen staff in meal preparation and service.
- Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking.
- Provide general support in a fast‑paced environment.
