Edinburgh Innovations (EI) is the commercialisation arm of the University of Edinburgh, and we are delighted to be expanding our technology-focussed innovation development team with a specific focus on intellectual property. These roles offer an opportunity to drive real-world impact through research commercialisation. We are seeking a lead and mentor for the team dedicated to protecting/commercialising the University of Edinburgh’s intellectual property. Working closely with the innovation development teams to advance innovation, increase licensing income and financial sustainability as well as the creation of impact for research from the University. This role will include process modernisation, strategy creation, implementation and contribution to delivery of the University of Edinburgh Research and Innovation Strategy 2030.
In addition, we are seeking a senior technology transfer licensing manager with enthusiasm, energy and proactivity to enable translation and potential commercialisation of the University of Edinburgh’s research.
