The University of Edinburgh is seeking a part-time Information and Support Assistant to join the EdHelp Team at Moray House Library in central Edinburgh. The role is 20 hours per week, with hours 1pm-5pm, Monday to Friday, in a permanent contract.

You will provide frontline support across Library, IT, Student Finance and Administration and help users both in person and online. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle a high volume of enquiries, learn new IT systems quickly, and work effectively.
