Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with a strong skill set in providing office and facilities support to busy professional teams. You will work with our growing Edinburgh Futures Institute team, providing administrative support to deliver a range of operational processes to provide high-quality outputs. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our growing team.

You will use your administrative and organisational skills to support our busy, passionate teams to deliver a wide range of day-to-day operations. If you are an organiser with a solutions-focused attitude and excellent planning skills, ready and able to dive in with high confidence using office-based systems and tools and a proactive, can-do approach.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
