The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to help us maintain and improve student feedback and work on a number of innovative projects within sustainability, partnerships and improving the student experience. This post is full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Experience of analysing and presenting complex data.
- Excellent IT skills - in particular, a highly competent user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively when faced with many competing demands.
- Ability to liaise and work effectively and enthusiastically in diverse teams, and with a range of university staff members.

The programme and eligibility on Campus is run by the Careers Service in collaboration with University departments and Schools. It offers exclusive summer internships at the University over the summer for 2nd year to penultimate year undergraduate students from the University of Edinburgh.
As well as great work experience, the Careers Service provides supporting resources, this is combined with a framework to support the development of participants' employability and self-reflection with an Edinburgh Award as part of the internship.
You will be working alongside a highly-specialised team that:
- facilitates the highest number of outbound exchanges in the UK;
- receives around 2000 visiting students every year;
- centrally manages the University's exchange partners and agreements;
- delivers a range of real-world and virtual funded opportunities for students to study and work abroad;
- generates and manages funded opportunities for all staff to have international experiences;
- manages the incoming Visiting Student programmes for the University;
- manages or provides oversight of key University alliances like Una Europa, U21, LERU, UNICA, U7+ and Coimbra.
