Grade UE02 - £24,547 per annum pro-rata (£13.45 per hour)

Part-time: 10 hrs per week

Fixed Term: 33 weeks (1st Sept 2026 – 18th April 2027)

We're providing University of Edinburgh students with exciting opportunities across Physical Preparation, Operations, Active Wellbeing, Gym Instructing, Outdoor Activities, Creative Content, Digital Design, Event Management and more. Whether you're keen to lead, develop new skills or play a supporting role, this programme is designed to help you grow, gain valuable industry experience and make a meaningful difference to student sport and wellbeing.

Candidates must understand the importance of team culture and demonstrate how their contribution will make a positive impact.

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality sport and wellbeing services across the University of Edinburgh - ensuring every participant and attendee has an outstanding experience. You'll contribute to the development of the UOE Sport high performance sport programme, by providing administrative support – acting as a primary point of contact for coaches, athletes, and support teams; maintaining records; collecting and analysing data; and participating in special projects aimed at improving team culture and programme efficiency.
