The University of Edinburgh invites applications for an Earth Fellow to support a nine‑month project examining rapid urbanisation in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The role seeks a current PhD student from the University of Edinburgh to develop research methods, analyse big remote sensing datasets, and communicate results through visualisations.

You will collaborate across disciplines, contribute to methodological development, and produce deliverables aligned with Earth Fellows programme goals.
