The role will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of the kitchen, dealing with the freshest foraged Scottish produce for a seasonal and sustainable menu.
The ideal candidate will be focused, a team player and a strong work ethic, with Michelin Star/Rosette background preferred. This post is full-time (35 hours per week).
