This role requires providing business analysis skills in business change projects designed to enhance the university’s administration of the student lifecycle. The projects aim to deliver effective and efficient processes and systems to students, academic and professional service staff. This is achieved by working collaboratively with the user community to develop innovative and sustainable business process and system changes.
The role holder will work full-time, on a fixed‑term contract for 9 months, with an expected start date of July or early August 2026. The position may be undertaken as an internal secondment and carries a hybrid working opportunity, with a minimum of one day per week on campus.
Qualifications
- Evidenced practical experience of business analysis or working within a university in a business area supporting the student lifecycle.
- Experience of business process re‑design and implementation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with software developers and business partners.
- Experience of, or preference for, working in an Agile project environment.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
