We're seeking an exceptional People Advisor to join our dedicated team at the University of Chichester Multi Academy Trust on a fixed term contract supporting our family of schools across Hampshire, Portsmouth, and Sussex.

As a People Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education. You will be at the forefront of People operations, supporting Employee Relations Casework with a focus on absence management, and a spectrum of other generalist People activities. Reporting to our Head of People & Development, your insights and contributions will drive the success of our schools.
