We are a well-organized, friendly and forward-thinking practice that is committed to high quality care alongside the continued development of our team. We would like to appoint a salaried GP to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated GP to join us due to the practice expanding our training for medical students and GP registrars. Our practice area covers the Cathays and Heath area of central Cardiff and is situated close to the University Hospital of Wales. Although we are hardworking, a good work/life balance is very important to us. The successful candidate can look forward to working in an equitable and supportive environment, which allows staff the time to practise safely and provide a good level of patient care. Salary negotiable depending on experience. This post is funded under the primary care Workforce Fund and initially you will be contracted for the next nine months with the possibility after that of a renewed 12-month extension each year for as long as the funding is available.

Qualifications:
- Fully registered with the GMC.
- Listed on the Cardiff & Vale UHB performers list for GMS prior to commencing post.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality primary care to the local community.
- Provide teaching and supervision for medical students and GP registrars.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the practice and the North Cardiff Cluster Network.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMIS Web.
