As Specialist Projects Officer, you will play a key part in the delivery and management of the Development team’s specialist projects portfolio. These include homes for Intermediate Rent, Empty Homes, Shared Equity, Shared Ownership and Open Market Sales. In this role, you will work closely with the wider Development team to ensure our schemes and homes are marketed appropriately, and provide a professional and efficient service to our customers, maintaining and developing our Sales and Lettings reputation via our Harmoni Homes brand.
12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), full-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Experience of working in a housing and/or property development environment.
- Experience of Housing management and/or leasehold management.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive, innovative approach to problem solving.
- Experience of using initiative and making difficult decisions, while proactively managing customers’ expectations.
- Ability to work flexibly as some weekend and evening work will be required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, requiring a high standard of both oral and written skills appropriate to the situation, together with experience of dealing with conflict and achieving positive outcomes.
- Experience of managing and prioritising a busy workload.
- An excellent team player.
- Proficient in a range of IS tools including the Microsoft suite.
- Full driving licence and access to a car for business use.
