We are looking for an empathetic, customer-focused individual to join our Neighbourhood team as a Neighbourhood Safety Coordinator.

In this role you will act as the point of contact for residents and partners when dealing with anti-social behaviour, property compliance and other queries, so experience in the social housing sector (or a related sector) is essential.

No two days will be the same in this role, and it requires problem-solving skills, resilience and an agile approach to working. It is also an exciting opportunity to make positive change in our communities.
