This job advert is looking for someone who can:
- Supervise a team and manage staff effectively.
- Run a shift and take responsibility for day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills.
- Have at least 6 months’ supervisory experience.
- Provide high-quality customer service and have a friendly, positive attitude.
- Work well in a busy environment and as part of a team.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have relevant experience, or be willing and able to learn.
