As our Marketplaces Executive, you will be at the heart of our digital growth. You’ll support the day-to-day operations and expansion of our product listings across major third-party platforms including Amazon, eBay, and B&Q. This is a hands-on role where you will drive visibility and conversion by mastering marketplace algorithms and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will be the expert navigating the nuances of different channels to ensure we remain the customer’s first choice.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise high-quality product content (titles, imagery, and A+ content) across Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Track and improve critical metrics such as Buy Box %, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Act quickly to resolve listing errors, policy violations, and customer queries to maintain account health.
- Work closely with eCommerce, Marketing, and Logistics teams to coordinate pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the onboarding of new marketplace platforms and manage product feeds (CSV/bulk uploads) to expand our multichannel footprint.
- Assist the commercial team with competitor analysis and performance reporting to identify new opportunities.
This role is Hybrid working, you will need to be located within a reasonable distance of the head office in Basildon.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and eBay accounts.
- Strong understanding of Marketplace SEO, A+ content, and Buy Box dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage large product catalogues and troubleshoot listing errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Mirakl (for platforms like B&Q).
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Wayfair, or ManoMano.
