We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Account Manager to support the growth of ProWarm Underfloor Heating within our national merchant sales channel. As part of our Key Accounts team, you will play a crucial role in expanding brand awareness, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance across a shared portfolio of merchant accounts. This is an internal, office-based role at our Basildon sales office.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for merchant branches, strengthening our presence in the underfloor heating sector.
- Proactively engage new branches, introducing them to ProWarm products and services, with the aim of becoming their preferred UFH partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external account managers to achieve shared monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all product ranges, including features, benefits, and compliance with current building regulations.
- Manage and optimise a CRM pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement with branch and regional contacts.
- Analyse architect drawings and briefs to extract key information and support the design and estimating team with accurate specifications and pricing proposals.
