As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team with administrative, creative, and strategic tasks. Some of the responsibilities may include:

  • Provide clients with expert knowledge of hotel products and services.
  • Ensure accurate input and maintenance of sales data according to standards.
  • Complete month-end reports for corporate, leisure, and consortia production.
  • Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with data reports and KPI tracking for campaigns.
  • Support preparations for sales trips and hotel events.
  • Communicate team appointments and show arounds to Operations for site inspections.
  • Check show rooms to maintain standards and facilitate show rounds when required.
  • Maintain supplies (sales gifts, office supplies, stationery, etc.).
  • Input purchase orders into the system.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
  • Arrange VIP and personalized experiences for high-end guests.
  • Conduct local research for new corporate opportunities.
  • Support global RFP completion, tracking, and creation of local negotiated agreements.
  • Help create personalized guest experiences, packages, and special offers for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Support creation of marketing collateral (event menus, factsheets, presentations, etc.).
  • Assist DOSM and Marketing Hub in creating high-quality, engaging content for the hotel website, social media channels, brochures and promotional materials ensuring all content aligns with the hotel’s luxury brand voice.

Relevant experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.

Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, trends, and customer expectations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with hotel systems.

Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-end clientele.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach to marketing and sales.
