As Front of House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel's Front of House, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised and memorable experience from arrival to departure. At Great Scotland Yard, the Front of House is where every guest's journey begins, and you will play a vital role in delivering the intuitive, thoughtful service that defines luxury hospitality.
You will be responsible for the Front Office, Concierge and Guest Experience functions, ensuring each area consistently delivers the highest standards of service, presentation and guest care. From welcoming VIPs and resolving guest requests with confidence to anticipating individual preferences and creating memorable moments, you will ensure every interaction reflects the distinctive character and exceptional standards of Great Scotland Yard.
Working closely with Housekeeping and the wider hotel team, you will continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest journey, driving service excellence through attention to detail, operational efficiency and a genuine passion for hospitality. By developing your team, monitoring guest feedback and championing a culture of personalised service, you will help maintain Great Scotland Yard's reputation as one of London's most distinctive luxury hotels.
