What you will do as Groups Sales & Marketing Coordinator:
- Provide clients with expert knowledge of the hotel product and services
- Ensure accurate input and maintenance of sales data in Envision according to data input standards
- Complete month-end corporate, leisure, and consortia production reports
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and potential partnership opportunities
- Assist with meeting and events proposals, contracts, and planning when needed
- Arrange VIP and personalized experiences for high-end and VIP guests
- Coordinate new marketing collateral such as event menus, factsheet, presentations
About you:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, trends, and customer expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with hotel systems.
