Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clients with expert knowledge of the hotel’s products, services and event spaces.
- Support proactive and reactive groups and events sales enquiries across all segments including Corporate, Social, Conference and MICE.
- Prepare meeting and events proposals, contracts, BEOs and manage group rooming lists using Envision and Reserve.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage and operational teams to maximise revenue and enhance the hotel’s brand profile.
- Assist with client show rounds, office visits, FAM trips, trade shows and post-event follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales data, assist with sales and competitor reports and engage in market research activities.
- Support the development and execution of groups and events sales strategies and action plans.
About You
- You are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- You have experience supporting groups, events or hotel sales operations and are confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, enjoy working collaboratively across departments and are proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
- You are comfortable working with sales systems and reports, bring a flexible and positive attitude, and are motivated to grow and develop your career within hotel sales.
