Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional and engaging bar service, creating memorable guest experiences in 40 Elephants and Sibin Whisky Lounge.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with strong knowledge of ingredients, presentation, and techniques.
- Support bar set‑up and ensure all preparations are completed prior to service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels, requisition supplies, and ensure correct storage of all bar products.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and maximise guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales opportunities and promote the bar’s concept through knowledgeable recommendations.
- Build strong rapport with guests, delivering friendly, professional, and personalised service at all times.
About You:
You are a passionate and service‑focused individual with previous experience in a bartender role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high‑end bar environment. You have excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and service standards, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
