Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full‑time role.

This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding The Ultra Tech’s market presence across technology and digital marketing services.

Day‑to‑day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and technical teams to refine service offerings, align sales strategies with market needs, and ensure successful handoff from sales to delivery.

The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, provide regular pipeline and forecast reports, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth.
