Overview

Due to exceptional growth, we are recruiting a highly experienced Heating Installer / Engineer to bolster our Installations team. All interviews, onboarding, training, reviews, and meetings will be conducted remotely.

Role Details

The new Heating Engineer will operate as an installation expert, natural leader and proactive problem solver to support our exciting field operation.

You Should Possess

  • Heat Pump installation experience (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
  • Experience installing and servicing gas or oil boilers
  • Firm understanding of industry governance and compliance
  • Current full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a first‑class customer experience
  • Lead technical installation work and support teams
  • Prioritise safety and compliance with technical procedures
  • Work efficiently, understanding financial drivers in decision‑making
  • Maintain strong working relationships with support teams
  • Innovate installation practice and share best practice
  • Problem‑solve proactively with a "can do" attitude
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Adapt quickly to change and remain flexible
  • Provide technical and personal development for team members
  • Conduct local work assessments to embed safe working practices
  • Lead local area meetings and communicate key business messages
