Help us engage and expand our audience by creating a compelling social media strategy and/or content so that we can raise awareness of Mastocytosis, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Hereditary Alpha‑Tryptasaemia, all rare diseases. Your input will shape how we present ourselves to our members and the public. With your help we will be able to continue to support and advocate for people who have these conditions, and raise funds to help research into treatments and potentially a cure.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in writing and editing marketing content for social media platforms
- Building strategies to increase social media following
- Building fundraising or awareness campaigns
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly understand the needs of our charity and members
- Can ask key questions to enable us to clarify requirements
- Understands the resource constraints of a small charity
What will you be doing?
- Perform a social media audit
- Help us develop and/or execute a social media campaign around awareness
- Be efficient on Canva and Buffer
- Produce fresh and engaging content for our social media channels
- Prepare graphics for sharing across channels
- Engage with our followers and encourage interaction
- Manage and maintain social media channels on a regular basis
