This role begins as Chief of Staff to the Founder and transitions into full operational ownership for the right operator. We are looking for a high-agency operator who sees problems before they happen.
You will be running the #1 career platform for international students in the UK. We exist to change the economic trajectory of international students in the UK. A job offer doesn’t just change income - it impacts the trajectory of an entire family.
You will work directly with the founder of a highly profitable, bootstrapped online business and play a central role in scaling operations, managing people, and turning ideas into executed outcomes. This role is designed for intrapreneurs who are highly independent and prefer roles where progression is very fast. This role has the potential to grow into a COO and potentially eventually a CEO role in ~24 months.
This role is built for independent executors who do not wait for instructions. You are expected to spot problems early, make decisions, and execute fast. Once a project is done, you update with results, not questions.
