What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential accounts and convert them into long-term, valued clients.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to support business growth.
- Ensure all service levels are met.
- Get involved in Marketing and PR initiatives.
- Influence and improve all operational processes.
- Lead corporate contract negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing aligned with revenue goals.
- Drive internal lead generation initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own time, driven by a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- A full clean UK driving license and a willingness to travel.
- Demonstrable evidence of success in assisting in the growth of a company.
- Must have leisure or automotive experience.
- Ideally living in Norfolk/Suffolk territory.
