About us:

We're the UK's #1-organic-ranked UGC agency on Google. We run campaigns for household-name brands across tech, dating and retail, backed by a network of 8,500+ vetted creators. We're an established agency going through an exciting growth phase after acquisition, and this is our key hire to lead the centre of it. You'll be central to building the delivery engine that scales us, so you'll thrive here if you like building and refining how things run, not just following an existing playbook.

The role:

We're hiring a Creative Project Manager to own campaign delivery end to end. At its core this is a project management role: you're the person who takes a campaign from brief to delivered, keeps every moving part on track, and makes sure it lands on time and on target. You also build the systems that let us do it again and again as we grow. You will ensure everyone is doing their part, on time and diligently, and raising when we need more help in specific areas.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end project management of every campaign: timelines, workflows, dependencies, approvals, and keeping all the moving parts on schedule
  • Campaign delivery from locked brief to final sign-off, on time and on target
  • The systems, templates and processes that make delivery repeatable as we scale
  • Coordinating and directing the team around you (creators, sourcer, freelancers) and keeping everyone accountable to deadlines
  • Creator briefing: 1:1 calls, clear briefs, and tight quality control
  • The client relationship on live campaigns, the steady point of contact that keeps brands confident
  • Creative input across strategy, scripting and hooks where it's needed

You'd also join the founder & team for occasional client workshops in and around London, once or twice a month at most, travel and expenses covered.

You're a fit if you have:

  • Direct, hands-on experience running UGC campaigns end to end, from brief to creator sourcing to scripting to delivery. This one's essential, it's the core of the role.
  • 3+ years owning projects or production end to end in an agency, creative, content or campaign environment
  • Strong, demonstrable project management: you run timelines, juggle competing deadlines, and you don't drop balls
  • A track record of delivering high-volume creative or short-form video to deadline
  • Confidence running client relationships directly, not from behind a manager
  • A builder's instinct: you like setting up the systems and structure that let good work scale
  • Self-starter energy and the discipline to run your own day in a remote team

Bonus:

  • UGC, influencer or creator-marketing background specifically
  • Briefing and creative direction experience, plus short-form scripting ability
  • Experience directing a small team
  • European languages (a plus for our EU campaigns)

Where it leads:

This is a hire we build around, so the runway is real, not theoretical. For the right person there's a clear path from owning delivery to leading the production function as we grow, through senior and head-of roles, with a route toward director level as the agency scales. As you prove out and the campaigns grow, we'll also build in a performance-based bonus tied to what you deliver. We'd shape the specifics together, but the principle is simple: the better you build this, the further it goes and the more it pays.

How to apply:

Send your CV plus 2-3 examples of campaigns or projects you've delivered end to end. Applications without examples won't be reviewed. We're reviewing on a rolling basis, so apply now.
