We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our B2B SaaS platform. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with engineering and design teams, and drive product strategy from discovery through launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven prioritisation
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and product success metrics
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy
- Manage stakeholder communication at C-level
Qualifications Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
- Proven track record of shipping successful products
- Experience running user interviews and usability testing
- Familiarity with roadmap tools (Jira, Productboard, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent
- Experience in FinTech or HR Tech
- Familiarity with API-based product development
- Polish language skills
