We're looking for a strategic and analytical Business Consultant to join our team in Paris, France. In this role, you will partner with clients across various industries to identify business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive organizational transformation. You will leverage your consulting expertise and business acumen to deliver measurable impact and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.
Full-time Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and diagnostic assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable implementation roadmaps tailored to client needs and organizational goals.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to support evidence‑based decision‑making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with clients to align on objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and demonstrated value delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging business methodologies to enhance consulting capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business advisory, or related strategic consulting roles.
- Proven expertise in business analysis, strategic planning, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering consulting projects from initiation through completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluency in French and English (required for Paris‑based role).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
Preferred:
- Experience with change management, financial analysis, or industry‑specific consulting (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and consulting frameworks or methodologies.
