Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and diagnostic assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable implementation roadmaps tailored to client needs and organizational goals
- Lead cross‑functional project teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful solution delivery
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to support evidence‑based decision‑making and strategic planning
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with clients to align on objectives, scope, and expected outcomes
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and demonstrated value delivery
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging business methodologies to enhance consulting capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business advisory, or related strategic consulting roles
- Proven expertise in business analysis, strategic planning, and organizational development
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering consulting projects from initiation through completion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Fluency in French and English (required for Paris‑based role)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Preferred: Experience with change management, financial analysis, or industry‑specific consulting (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare)
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and consulting frameworks or methodologies
