The Role involves supervising customers in and around our swimming pool. You will ensure the safety of all pool users by enforcing policies, guidelines, and safety procedures while providing a secure and enjoyable environment. In this role, you will monitor pool activities at all times, promptly addressing any concerns, and ensuring swimmers are safe and following pool regulations. You will administer first aid when necessary, rescue swimmers in distress, and provide CPR or artificial respiration if required. You will also oversee pool usage to ensure it stays within safe limits and report any health and safety concerns to the Fitness team.
