Job involves;
- * Preparing job cards accurately with customer requirements.
- * Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- * Taking customer bookings via telephone , face to face and e-mail.
- * Liaising with the workshop and customers on the progress of their vehicle.
- * Ordering parts/tyres
- * Any other duties required
You need excellent organisation skills , with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
An exceptional telephone manner is required.
Previous experience in a customer service role with in the motor trade would be an advantage
