A T Level Placement Administrator (1-year fixed term contract) to start September 2026. Grade 6 Points 18-20, 0.4 FTE, term time only £12,947 - £13,334 pa – this is the pro‑rated salary.

We are looking for a T Level Placement Administrator to undertake all administration associated with industry placements, organise and deliver industry partner attraction events, develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, and provide student‑facing support for all students applying for apprenticeships. The role is varied and busy. The ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines, operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school, and demonstrate successful work experience in a fast‑paced office environment is essential.

Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school are required. The post‑holder will be an experienced MS Office user – including Excel. The working week is 14 hours – 1 full day and 2 half days (days/hours to be confirmed).
