We are looking to appoint a committed professional to the role of Academic Mentor at Ealing Fields High School. Ealing Fields High School is part of the Twyford CofE Trust, which is, in the most recent league tables, the highest performing Trust in the country. The school and Trust offer good promotion prospects for motivated and energetic teachers who support the ethos of our schools.
Academic Mentor Role
An Academic Mentor is required to support students in Years 7 – 11 with Education Health and Care Plans, and to take the lead responsibility for students with learning and behavioural difficulties.

Roles are up to 35 hours per week; however part‑time applications can be considered, particularly for three or four days per week. Exact hours per week will be discussed and agreed at interview and the salary will therefore be a pro rata figure according to the hours worked.

Ealing Fields CE High School is part of the Twyford CofE Trust, the highest performing Trust in the country. Ealing Fields CE High School was opened as a Free School in 2016 and became part of the Twyford CE Academies Trust on 1st September 2017. Ealing Fields is the smallest of the Trust schools, with 168 in each Year Group and therefore often feels more like a family than a school. The staff community is very positive, highly motivated and fully engaged in professional development. The school moved to its brand‑new permanent site in Northfields in September 2020 and achieved a Progress 8 score of +1.3 for the last four years. The Twyford Church of England Academies Trust (TCEAT) is a compact Church of England multi‑academy Trust which comprises four schools in the London Borough of Ealing. The Trust was established in October 2011 to enable an existing school, Twyford CE High School, to build on its successes and look outward to the large number of parents who were eager to become part of its community.
