Overview
We are a growing Multi Academy Trust with 10 schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We are looking to appoint a senior leader in Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) based at Heritage High School. The successful candidate will hold a Spanish specialism and will be part of a collaborative senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish) part of the week in the school.
- Lead trust‑wide MFL improvement, developing, implementing and evaluating policies and practices.
- Work with subject and senior leaders across trust schools to raise standard and promote best practice.
- Support professional learning and development for MFL faculty members.
- Represent the trust in external MFL networks and partner schools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced senior leader in MFL with a proven track record.
- Strong teaching and curriculum development skills in Spanish.
- Evidence of leadership in a school or wider trust context.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
