Role Overview
Grade & Salary: Grade 2 £21,567 - £22,610 per annum (£25,185 - £26,403 FTE)
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)
Contract term: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Support teaching staff and students during lessons.
- Prepare materials and resources for practical sessions.
- Contribute to Health & Safety requirements in the department.
- Cover a range of Art, Design Technology classes, including food technology, and work in the workshops.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good understanding of CAD and CAM.
- Proactive with strong time‑management skills across the department’s specialisms.
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and students.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in a workshop environment.
