The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for all guests dining in our restaurant and private members’ club.
- Manage reservations, guest enquiries, and bookings efficiently using our reservations system.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest and ensure their dining experience starts seamlessly.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow and excellent service standards.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements courteously and professionally.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a genuine drive to create memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing or reservations role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with reservations systems (e.g., 7Rooms, OpenTable) is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest lists efficiently.
- Liaise with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure a seamless service flow.
- Welcome and seat guests professionally while maintaining service standards.
- Handle guest feedback or requests promptly and discreetly.
- Support with administrative tasks related to reservations and guest records.
