The Role
- Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering a seamless, high-standard service.
- Prepare sections and tables ahead of service with care and attention to detail.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous assistance at all times.
- Run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Keep all service areas clean, polished, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Maintain excellent communication with your section waiter and supervisors.
- Learn menu items, key ingredients, and service etiquette to assist confidently.
- Uphold personal grooming and presentation standards consistently.
- Approach tasks with initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
About You
- A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, club, or hotel environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and a helpful, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Food & Beverage team.
