The Role
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional cocktail, wine, and beverage service in line with The Twenty Two's luxury standards.
- Oversee the daily operation of the bar, ensuring smooth, efficient service during busy periods.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the bar team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and guest experience across every service.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory controls while minimising waste.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and bar presentation.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant, club, and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
- Represent The Twenty Two brand with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail at all times.
