The Role

  • Provide a warm, professional, and discreet welcome to all guests using the cloakroom facilities.
  • Ensure guest belongings are stored securely and returned promptly with the highest standard of care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the cloakroom area at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House and Guest Relations teams to support smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Handle guest queries and requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring a five-star guest experience.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a genuine drive to create memorable guest experiences. You will have:

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional, polished appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods confidently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and handle cloakroom items with care and discretion.
  • Maintain security and accurate tracking of all stored items.
  • Keep the cloakroom area clean, tidy, and presentable throughout service.
  • Assist with guest queries or requests professionally and promptly.
  • Support other front-of-house operations when required.

  • Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years’ length of service, and a further 3 days at 5 years’ length of service, prorated to your contract hours
  • Long service award schemes: 5 years (Silver Status, Meal in the Restaurant, TTT embroidered Bathrobe), 10 years (Gold Status, a stay in our sister property with flights with partner), 15 years (Platinum Status – watch this space)
