The Role
As a Bartender, you will:
- Drink Preparation: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Recommendations: Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Menu Planning: Help plan and present the bar menu.
- Compliance: Check customers’ identification to confirm it meet the legal drinking age and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glasses and utensils.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.

About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a passion for mixology and the hospitality industry.
- Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Are familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software.
- Preferably have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
