Join our team as Food & Beverage Director. Are you bold, driven towards excellence, guided by intuition and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate our F&B offer across The Twenty Two London.
The Role
- Lead the strategic direction of all Food & Beverage operations across the Hotel, Members’ Club, Restaurants, Bars and Events.
- Driving commercial performance, profitability and cost control in line with budget and forecasting expectations.
- Champion service excellence, ensuring a luxury guest experience across all outlets.
- Inspire, develop and lead senior management teams across F&B departments.
- Oversee recruitment, succession planning and talent development within the division.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Chef, Finance, Rooms Division and Club leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, always upholding The Twenty Two’s ethos and standards.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, who thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and who lead with integrity and vision. You will have:
- Proven experience as a senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel, members’ club or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, licensing laws and UK hospitality regulations.
- Experience driving service standards within a luxury, high-touch environment.
- The ability to balance operational detail with strategic oversight.
- A collaborative, hands-on and solutions-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial targets through effective budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Monitor and optimise labour costs, rota efficiency and service charge performance.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction scores and service consistency.
- Develop innovative F&B concepts aligned with brand positioning.
- Implement training programmes to elevate service standards.
- Oversee supplier relationships and procurement strategy.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law, health & safety and food hygiene standards.
- Lead performance management processes across the F&B division.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives and business-wide strategic projects.
