The Role
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day Front Office operation, ensuring consistent 5-star guest service delivery.
- Manage and develop the Front Office leadership team, ensuring clear standards, accountability, and performance.
- Drive operational excellence across Guest Services, Reception, Night Team and related functions.
- Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Support strategic initiatives, guest satisfaction targets and operational improvements across the hotel.
- Act as a senior Rooms leader, supporting business needs, team engagement, and guest experience delivery.

About You

- Proven leadership experience within Front Office operations in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems, guest journey standards, and service delivery.
- A calm, confident, and proactive management style.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability under pressure.
- A collaborative approach, with a natural ability to lead across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full Front Office operation, ensuring consistent standards across all shifts.
- Lead, coach, and support the Front Office management team, including performance management and development.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, including handling escalations and service recovery.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, guest feedback and operational standards, taking action where needed.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Reservations, and F&B to ensure operational alignment.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR and internal operational procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement of Front Office team members.
- Maintain rota efficiency, staffing coverage and cost control in line with business needs.
- Ensure accurate reporting, cash handling controls and system compliance.
- Act as a key ambassador of The Twenty Two culture, values and service standards.
