The Role
- Provide a warm, professional, and discreet welcome to all guests using the cloakroom facilities.
- Ensure guest belongings are stored securely and returned promptly with the highest standard of care.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the cloakroom area at all times.
- Collaborate with the Front of House and Guest Relations teams to support smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Handle guest queries and requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring a five-star guest experience.

- Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, polished appearance.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods confidently.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and handle cloakroom items with care and discretion.
- Maintain security and accurate tracking of all stored items.
- Keep the cloakroom area clean, tidy, and presentable throughout service.
- Assist with guest queries or requests professionally and promptly.
- Support other front-of-house operations when required.

- Long service award schemes: 5 years (Silver Status, Meal in the Restaurant, TTT embroidered Bathrobe), 10 years (Gold Status, a stay in our sister property with flights with partner), 15 years (Platinum Status – watch this space)
