The Role

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe handling and efficient delivery to rooms.
  • Support the front-of-house team with guest requests, directions, and transport arrangements.
  • Maintain the lobby, entrance, and guest areas to the highest presentation standards.
  • Coordinate with the reception and concierge teams to provide a seamless guest experience.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a genuine drive to create memorable guest experiences.

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
  • A friendly, professional manner and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining service standards.
  • Good physical stamina for handling luggage and assisting guests.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with luggage and transport needs.
  • Maintain the entrance, lobby, and guest-facing areas to high standards.
  • Deliver messages, packages, or items to guest rooms promptly.
  • Support the concierge and front desk with guest queries and special requests.
  • Provide exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment.
