The Role

As a Barista, you will

  • Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and hot beverages to our guests and members.
  • Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised service, creating memorable experiences with every interaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of coffee, preparation methods, and our beverage offering.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
  • Work closely with the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
  • Anticipate guest preferences and respond confidently to special requests and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of the coffee and beverage menu and confidently make recommendations to guests and members.
  • Ensure the coffee station is fully stocked, clean, organised, and ready for service at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the relevant team members.
  • Maintain equipment carefully and ensure coffee machines, grinders, and barista tools are cleaned correctly.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee, hospitality, excellence, and culture, with a genuine drive to create memorable guest experiences.

You will have

  • Previous experience as a Barista, ideally within a luxury hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or premium coffee environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and milk texturing.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating genuine connections with guests.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistently high standards.
  • The ability to remain organised and composed while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working as part of a wider F&B team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
