The Role

  • Oversee daily floor operations within the Members’ Club, ensuring service excellence throughout each shift.
  • Support the management team with training, briefings, and quality control.
  • Lead by example in delivering refined, guest-focused service.
  • Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and reservations teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated flow.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with discretion and empathy.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality. You will have:

  • Experience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a luxury hotel, bar, or private members’ club.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • A guest-first mindset and calm professionalism under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service teams, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.
  • Deliver and uphold The Twenty Two’s service standards and rituals.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and monitor staff performance.
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to maintaining an engaging and welcoming club atmosphere.
  • Support operational duties, from table planning to member relations.

  • Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years’ length of service, and a further 3 days at 5 years’ length of service, prorated to your contract hours.
  • Long service award schemes: 5 years (Silver Status, Meal in the Restaurant, TTT embroidered Bathrobe), 10 years (Gold Status, a stay in our sister property with flights with partner), 15 years (Platinum Status – watch this space).
